Liveops Manager

The calendar your live game is actually planned on.

Offers, events and mini-games on one season-aware timeline — where every day is also a season day, and a rescheduled season takes its whole plan with it.

Free for pilot users, for now. No password — we email you a sign-in link. The demo runs on example data and saves nothing.

A real board, running here. Scroll it sideways — the season band and the day numbers stay pinned to what you are looking at.

Every day is also a season day

One seasonality rule propagates across the whole calendar, in both directions, with no gaps. “Day 17 of season 12” and “October 5” are the same glance — no mental arithmetic, no second spreadsheet tab.

Recurrence that survives a reschedule

An occurrence belongs to the slot its rule iterates, not the date it lands on. Move a season boundary and season-anchored series follow it. Skip one and the skip survives regeneration.

One lane per thing you run

Not a task list. A lane per offer, event or mini-game, so one glance answers what LiveOps actually asks: when did we last run this, when is it next, how long was the gap?

Reading never costs a seat

Share a board by link and it needs no account — producers, marketing and partners just read it. A reader who wants in asks for edit access in one click.

Built for teams who outgrew the sheet

Every change saves as you make it and shows up in your colleagues’ sessions within seconds. Undo covers the whole board, archiving keeps the history, and nothing you plan is ever visible to anyone you did not invite.
