Terms of use
Last updated 27 August 2026
Liveops Manager is a pilot. These terms are short on purpose and describe what the product actually is today.
Who you are agreeing with
Aleksandar Šoškić, Kraljice Natalije 21, 11000 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia — mail@soskic.me. One person, not a company.
What you get
Free access while the pilot runs, with no guaranteed uptime, no support commitment, and no promise that a feature will still exist next month. We will give reasonable notice before charging for anything.
Your content is yours
Boards, names and notes you create remain yours. We store and display them to run the service, and to nobody else. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to train anything.
What we ask of you
Use one account per person, keep your sign-in link to yourself, and do not upload anything unlawful or anything you lack the right to share. Share links work for whoever holds the URL — treat one like a password.
Limits you should plan around
There are no backups yet. Deleting a board or a workspace is permanent and immediate. During the pilot, treat this as a planning tool rather than your only record.
Ending it
Close your account at any time from Account settings; it deletes your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we may end the pilot with notice.
The legal minimum
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. Because it is free, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and to anything the law does not allow us to exclude. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, with the courts of Belgrade competent; if you are a consumer, the protections of your own country still apply to you.
How your data is handled
What we hold and your rights over it are on the privacy page; how your boards are protected, and what is not protected yet, is on the security page.
